Latvian Organic Spring Honey 2026 – From the Meadows and Forests of Letes

A certified organic spring honey from Letes in the Gulbene region of Latvia, where bees gather nectar from meadows, forests and early spring blossoms including willow, apple, dandelion and maple.

Soft, aromatic and pleasantly sweet, with a fresh floral character. Delicious with bread, yoghurt, tea or paired with cheese.

Natural crystallisation may occur over time and is a normal characteristic of real, untreated honey.
