A smooth, semi-hard cheese with 1.5% chilli mix, combining creamy cheese with the warm heat of chilli flakes and dried red chilli pepper.

The flavour starts mild and creamy before the chilli brings a clear spicy kick. Delicious on sandwiches, on a cheese board or melted into burgers, toasties and other warm dishes.
