Pasteurized cow’s milk, truffle mix (approx. 1%) (truffle pieces, truffle powder, truffle aroma), fenugreek seeds (approx. 1–1.5%), salt, starter culture, rennet, vegetable colouring (carotene).
Rind: plastic coating with preservative natamycin (not suitable for consumption).
All ingredients and additives are GMO-free according to EU regulations 1829/2003 and 1830/2003.
