Hello!
We are Kevin and Kristine — the founders of “Zelta Siers.” On May 1st, 2025, we opened our cheese shop in Riga to share the true Dutch cheese tradition here in Latvia.

Kevin is originally from the north of the Netherlands, where cheese-making is deeply rooted in everyday life and culture. There, cheese is not just food — it’s a tradition and a daily pleasure that holds an important place at the family table.

Our goal is to offer authentic Dutch cheeses — from classic Gouda in various stages of maturation to cheeses with added ingredients, as well as other carefully selected products.
