This Trappistenabdij – Abdij Cheese is a semi-hard cow’s milk cheese with a smooth, creamy texture and a distinctive, well-balanced flavour. Depending on the maturation time, which ranges from several weeks to a few months, the cheese develops gentle depth while maintaining its approachable character.
Produced with the same dedication and care as the abbey’s renowned Trappist beer, this cheese follows traditional methods and a focus on quality ingredients. The result is a cheese that feels authentic and carefully crafted.
It comes in beautiful slices, making it ideal for cutting and serving on a cheese board. A versatile choice that pairs easily with bread, fruit, or a good glass of beer.
