Pickle Cheese 50+ is a unique Gouda-style cheese developed in collaboration with the famous Dutch pickle maker Kesbeke. This special cheese combines the creamy texture of Gouda with a fresh and lively mix of gherkin, cucumber, dill and turmeric.

The result is a refreshing, slightly tangy flavour that remains perfectly balanced and smooth. The pronounced pickle character gives this cheese a playful twist, making it both familiar and surprising.

Creamy, fresh and lightly acidic, this cheese is perfect on bread, in fresh salads or as an eye-catching addition to a cheese or snack board.

Please note: all cheese portions are hand-cut, so the final weight may vary slightly from the selected amount.

Ingredients

Pasteurized cow’s milk, gherkin pieces (gherkins 2.58%, vinegar, colouring: riboflavin, flavouring), cucumber, turmeric, vinegar powder (maltodextrin, distilled white vinegar), dill tops, salt, microbial rennet (vegetarian), starter culture, natural herb flavouring.

Rind: plastic coating (not suitable for consumption).

All ingredients and additives are GMO-free according to EU regulations 1829/2003 and 1830/2003.
