Latvian Organic Spring Honey 2026 – From the Meadows and Forests of Letes
This organic spring honey comes from Letes, a quiet rural area in the Gulbene region of Latvia, surrounded by organic farmland, protected natural habitats, meadows and forests.
The honey is collected during the spring season, when bees gather nectar from early blooming plants such as willow, apple blossom, dandelion, maple, oak and other wild spring flowers. This gives the honey a fresh, floral and naturally gentle character.
Letes honey is produced by a certified organic beekeeper, with beekeeping practices rooted in care for the bees and respect for the surrounding landscape. The area offers a rich natural environment, allowing the bees to collect nectar from a wide variety of wild and cultivated nectar plants.
The flavour of this spring honey is soft, aromatic and pleasantly sweet, with a light floral depth that makes it easy to enjoy every day. Perfect on bread, with yoghurt, in tea, or as a beautiful pairing with cheese.
Honey may naturally crystallise over time. This is a normal process and a sign of real, untreated honey. Crystallisation does not reduce the quality, flavour or nutritional value of the honey.
A pure seasonal honey from Latvia — simple, natural and full of spring character.
