Goat Cheese 50+ Aged is a hard, long-matured goat’s cheese made from pasteurised goat’s milk.
Due to extended ageing, the cheese develops a very rich, powerful and slightly spicy flavour, with the characteristic intensity of matured goat’s milk.
The texture is hard and crumbly, with a compact ivory-white body and abundant tyrosine crystals (maturation crystals), giving the cheese an extra depth of flavour.
Please note: all cheese portions are hand-cut, so the final weight may vary slightly from the selected amount.
