Ginger Cheese is a bold and flavourful Gouda-style cheese that combines the smooth, creamy character of Dutch Gouda with ginger, jalapeño and garlic. The result is a unique balance of gentle sweetness, warm spice and a subtle kick.

The addition of 0.6% ginger brings refined warmth and a light sweetness, while jalapeño adds a pleasant spiciness without overpowering. Its beautiful golden-yellow colour comes from natural colourings such as turmeric and annatto, making this cheese as appealing to the eye as it is to the palate.

Creamy, aromatic and lightly spicy, this cheese is perfect for cheese boards, toasted sandwiches, wraps and warm dishes such as casseroles or savoury pies.

Please note: all cheese portions are hand-cut, so the final weight may vary slightly from the selected amount.

Pasteurized cow’s milk, jalapeño pepper, garlic, ginger (0.6%), salt, spirulina, starter culture, microbial rennet (vegetarian), colouring annatto (norbixin), turmeric extract, natural ginger flavouring, flavouring.

Rind: plastic coating (not suitable for consumption).

All ingredients and additives are GMO-free according to EU regulations 1829/2003 and 1830/2003.
