Gouda Cheese with Cumin – 2 Years Aged

A Dutch Gouda matured for two full years, giving it a firm, slightly crumbly texture and a rich savoury flavour with nutty and caramel notes.

Whole cumin seeds add a warm, aromatic taste that works naturally with the aged cheese. Excellent on a cheese board, with dark bread, strong beer or red wine.
