A fruity Latvian hot sauce made with 32% fermented Ají Limón and Yellow Habanero chillies and 25% pineapple.

The pineapple adds natural sweetness, while Ají Limón brings fresh citrus flavour and Yellow Habanero provides a clear spicy kick. Ginger, garlic and lime add even more flavour without hiding the fruit.

Especially delicious with cheese, grilled meat and fish. Try it with salmon, sardines or use a few drops to give sandwiches, marinades and warm dishes a tropical spicy kick.
