This traditional dry sausage is made from 95% pork and carefully seasoned with garlic, clove and a rich blend of spices including pepper, nutmeg, coriander and cardamom. The result is a firm sausage with a warm, slightly spicy depth and a subtle hint of sweetness.

Naturally air-dried for a satisfying bite and authentic flavour.
