A mature Dutch Maasdam aged for one full year, giving it a firm texture and rich, nutty flavour while keeping its characteristic holes and gentle sweetness.

Fuller and stronger than classic Maasdam, with a slightly sharp finish. Delicious on a cheese board, in sandwiches or simply enjoyed on its own.
